Refund Policy:

 

* Cancellation by Guardian:* If cancelled 7 days or more before the Program start date, a full refund less a 10% administrative fee will be issued.

 

* If cancelled 6 to 1 days before the Program start date, a 40% refund will be issued (after a 10% administrative fees subtracted).

 

* No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 1 day before the Program start date or after the Program has started.

 

* Cancellation by Program: If the Program is cancelled entirely by Jragon Robotics (e.g., due to unexpected reasons or Force Majeure), a full refund will be issued.

 

Absences: No refunds or credits will be given for Participant absences, late arrivals, or early departures.
